the last post

on the blog was the day before Cayden was born, he came pretty quick and we were off an running with a new family.

It's been almost a year since that last post, 11 months actually, and Cayden has made himself right at home in our family and we are so happy to have him. He is a joy every day and has brought something new to our lives.

Work has been going crazy busy as well, and the house remolding seems never ending. We have been doing a lot of work on a little bit of everything and it seems like there are so many projects it's almost overwhelming.

The bike, well I've been able to get out and start doing some riding again. The CX bike is calling me and I am looking forward to getting it out and spinning it around in the woods again.

I hope to start posting again on a more regular basis, family, work and riding, it's a new life for me and I am coming around to the challenge and looking forward to it.
